Q:  What is the warranty period for Champion™ Seat System products?
A:  When professionally installed, both Champion Seat Heaters and Cooling Systems come with a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty.

Q:  How long do the seat heaters take to install?
A:  Installation time will vary by vehicle and with the experience
of the installer; however the average install time is 1-3 hours per seat.  Another major impact on installation time is if a leather upgrade is also included with the particular job.

Q:  How long do the seat cooling systems take to install?
A:  Installation time will vary by vehicle and with the experience
of the installer; however the average install time is 2 – 4 hours per seat.  Another major impact on installation time is if a leather upgrade is also included with the particular job.

Q:  Can I cut the heated seat element?
A:  Yes, however all directions in the installation manual must be followed. The length of the element may be cut, however the width of the element should remain at 9″.

Q:  How long do Champion heated seats take to get warm?
A:  It takes approximately 1 to 2 minutes for the seat to become warm.

Q:  How long do Champion seat cooling systems take to get cold?
A:  It takes approximately 5 minutes for the seat to become cool. This time will vary depending on how long it takes the air in your vehicle’s cabin to be cooled by the air conditioning system.

A:  Each heated seat kit includes: 1- Seat back element (18″L x 9″W); 1- Seat bottom element (18″L x 9″W); Dual temperature control module;
1- Illuminated dual temperature rocker switch; Quick connect harness; Fuse holder; Wire/Zip ties; Adhesive tape

Q:  What is included with the seat cooling kit?
A:  Each seat cooling kit includes: 4- Cooling fans; 2- Perforated spacers; 1- Quick connect wiring harness; 1- Dual setting rocker switch; 1- Fuse.

Optional Perforated Seat Heater Kit (Sold separately) Includes: 4- Perforated seat heating pads; 1- Quick connect wiring harness; 1- Fuse; 1- Dual temperature control module; 1- Dual temperature rocker switch

Q:  What if I need to file a warranty claim for my seat comfort products?
A:  Please call 763-233-0454 to obtain a Return Authorization number. When calling, please have your original order# and date of purchase from Champion available.

Clearly write your Return Authorization number on the box. Returns without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
